Homemade Pomegranate Chocolate Bars Hack

½ cup pomegranate seeds

1 cup Callebaut 54% dark chocolate callets


Temper chocolate

Take 2 ice cube trays, and pour a little tempered melted chocolate into each cube cavity, about ⅓ of the way up.

Next sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds, then top with more melted chocolate until covered.

Gently tap on the bench to release any air bubbles and settle the seeds.

Allow to set fully before popping out gently.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
